Aloha... Been a vookin' long time since my last post, eh?
So here is me telling you the stories of my current life.
I just found out that:
1. My name is one of the most common nicknames in my campus. In my batch there's like 4 girls called Ica. Not to mention the seniors, or may be later, the juniors. (Geez! I just got in and now I'm about to have juniors? Sweet Jesus!)
2. My face is so markety (bingung? Here's a hint: market = pasar, -y = imbuhan, so 'markety' is.....) that people often mistook me for someone else. (the lecturer in the Catholic class even said, "Kamu yang suka nongkrong di Mahitala itu kan??" --> while in fact, I had never been there. Like, seriously.)
3. I am not looking for a relationship right now, though some of my closest colleagues suggest me to find myself a boyfriend. This is what I tell them now, after reading Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist, "No, I'm not into relationships right now. I better focus on my study, but yes, later I will focus on finding 'le perfect match'." Nahhahahaha~ (no, it's not really like that but... yeah, let's assume that it is what it is.)
4. 9gag is very addicting. When I first opened it I was like "WTF" and now each sentence I say has 9gag-ish phrase like, "DAFUQ" or "Like a boss" or "puking rainbow" or "Y U NO" blahblahblah.
5. I've been reading various books lately, from serious stuff like Paulo Coelho's The Fifth Mountain to Indra Herlambang's Kicau Kacau. I've been watching 'old' movies like Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind (no, 2004 is not that old) and also 'new' movies like Tangled (I know, I know, 2011 is not that new). I also listen to many genres of music, like Evanescence's dark metal (YAY I'LL FINALLY BE WATCHING THEM PERFORM LIVE IN MY HOMETOWN!!!), instrumental movie scores, to the newest 'ajeb-ajeb' music from David Guetta or FloRida. And one thing in common: I LIKE THEM ALL. (this point is a bit absurd, don't you think? Me too.)
6. And yep, you've reached the point of no return. No, that's a song from Phantom of The Opera. I mean, you've reached the main topic of this pointless rambling: twins.
No, not literally identical twins, but twin personalities.
I just found out that people around me share more things in common with me than I thought.
My old fella from high school just announced that she had a dream of taking master studies abroad while having honeymoon, and I said, "I have that dream, too."
Another friend from my campus, who has similar personality traits as the person I mentioned before, also told me that she happened to regret her lack of experience in relationship. My reaction was like, "Really? I thought I was the only one!"
And yet another friend, also in campus, who shared the same name with me, she has this hobby of singing random songs, going karaoke, dancing like nobody's watching, just like me. And she said, "Well, we must be real twins separated at birth." And I'm like, "Haha, you wish." *evilish smirk*no, I was just making that up.*
Hmm, I've been not writing for toooooooooooo long that I even forgot how to make wrappings for a post. Okay then. See you. Bye.
